Returns Policy

1st Compact Size Print, Free Return Guaranteed

While custom prints typically don't qualify for returns, we're confident in the exceptional quality of our giclée prints and our curated collection. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free, 14-day free return on the first Compact Size print in your order, no questions asked.


Special Note for Orders with Multiple Prints

If your first order includes several Compact Size prints and you decide to return one, we will issue a refund for the print with the lowest price. This gesture is part of our commitment to your art enjoyment. Please note, this special free return offer is exclusive to your first Compact Size print. For all the beautiful artworks that follow, our standard return policy applies - our made to order custom giclée prints are not eligible for returns.


Cancellation & Deffective Items

Please note that we start creating your personalized artwork shortly after your order is placed. Therefore, we're only able to accommodate changes or cancellations within the first 24 hours.

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or exhibits a defect, don't worry about it, we're here to help. Simply provide us with proof of the damage or defect, whether from shipping or production, and we'll gladly offer you a replacement or a full refund for the affected print.
